1I have a question about the SpinJag, who do I contact and how?

You can either call in at 1-888-271-2323 between the hours of 8:00am-4:00pm Eastern Time and someone will be able to answer your question or you can email us at info@spinjag.com.

2What is the difference between the Original SpinJag and the SpinJag Loader?

The Original SpinJag has a knurled end on it so that it enables the jag to hold a patch. The SpinJag Loader is smooth and it fits closer to the bore so there is no room for a patch. The SpinJag Loader has minimal clearance between it and the bore.

3What is the overall length of the SpinJag and SpinJag Loader?

Both are 2 3/16" long.

4What makes your RAMROD better than other manufacturers?

Our RAMRODs are all tapped and threaded 10/32 threads. They are also solid aluminum and black anodized.

5Does the giRAMROD include the SpinJag?

No, when ordering the giRAMROD you will be only ordering the rod itself. The SpinJag is sold separately.

6Can you make a giRAMROD for my muzzleloader?

Yes, as long as the diameter of the rod is either 9mm or 3/8. Also you will need to provide the lengths for us unless it is stated online on our giRAMROD page.

7Will the SpinJag fit into my existing ramrod?

Most ramrods come standard with 10/32 threads. The 45 - 58 Caliber SpinJag comes in 10/32 threads and the 32 - 40 Caliber SpinJag comes in 8/32 threads.

8Does the Bore Guide fit on any RAMROD?

Yes, as long as the RAMROD in NOT over 3/8 Diameter.

9Can the Match/Hunter SpinJag load the Ballistic Extreme Bullet?

Yes, both SpinJag and SpinJag loader Match/Hunter will load the Match/Hunter Bullet AND the Ballistic Extreme Bullet.

10Can the Ballistic Extreme SpinJag load the Match/Hunter Bullet?

No, the Ballistic Extreme SpinJag (BX) and SpinJag Loader (BXL) can load up to the Ballistic Extreme Bullet or any other polymer tipped bullet like it.

11Can the Bullet Starter load the Match/Hunter Bullet?

Yes, the Bullet Starter can load any bullet including the Match/Hunter Bullet.

12What is the extra hole in the wooden ball on the Bullet Starter for?

When you go to seat the bullet instead of using the palm of your hand place the extra hole on the Bullet Starter on the end of your rod and use it to seat the bullet.

13What caliber Bullet Starters do you offer?

We offer Bullet Starters in 40, 45, 50, 52 and 54 caliber.

14What is the purpose behind the SpinAdapter?

The SpinAdapter is to allow your brush, mops and other cleaning tools to spin like the SpinJag does. We offer two additional bushing so that you can use any cleaning tool that is 8/32, 10/32, and 5-16/27 thread count.

15Can you make my SpinJag with a different type of thread count?

No, we only offer the SpinJag in 10/32 threads for 45 - 58 Caliber and 8/32 threads for 32 - 40 Caliber. If you want to change the thread count we do offer adapters.

16Can I call in to place an order?

17Can I place an order if I do not live in the United States?

Yes, you can place an order anywhere in the world by our website. Shipping and the amount of time it takes for you to receive it will vary by destination.

18Does the free shipping (over $99) apply to anyone not in the United States?

No, the free shipping only applies to people who buy in the United States.

19How long does it take for you to process my order?

We try to ship daily (Monday - Friday) unless the post office is closed.

20My order was shipped today, how long should it be before I receive it?

If you chose to ship your order First Class then you should receive it in 3 - 5 business days and if you chose Priority you should receive it in 2-3 business days.

21Do you ship our USPS, UPS or Fed Ex?

We ship all our products via USPS. But we can ship UPS but you would need to call in at 1-888-271-2323 to place your order and shipping will not be the same as it is online.
