We have made giRAMRODs for many different muzzleloaders. Use this easy form to determine the giRAMROD specifications to suit your muzzleloader.

Note on Barrel size: CVA (unless noted otherwise), Savage, Thompson/Center, Lyman, and LHR are 3/8 inch diameter. Remington (unless noted otherwise), Knight, and Traditions are 9mm.

If there is more than one length available, measure the ramrod that came with your rifle for an exact match OR choose the shortest length.

Some manufacturers (for example, Thompson Center) design their muzzleloaders to use a ramrod that has a tapered end rather than a flat end.

The tapered end clicks into the stock of their rifles and helps secure the ramrod to the rifle.
